We currently ship exclusively within Europe.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 70.00 CHF.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Please Note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@nyoutrition.ch with your order number. We will sort it out for you right away.
